Green Pepper Pork Pie
Overview
Pies are the easiest to eat, as there is no need to cook them separately. A bowl of soup or a bowl of porridge, as a pairing, is refreshing and comfortable to eat. Today I used Baisha’s dumpling flour to make green pepper pork pie. If you like it, please follow me and make it.

Steps
-
Ingredients: flour, meat filling, green pepper, green onion, black fungus.
-
Pour the weighed flour into a basin, slowly add warm water, and stir evenly with chopsticks.
-
Knead it with your hands into a soft dough and let it rest in a bowl for 20 minutes.
-
Prepare the filling ingredients, dice the green pepper, dice the black fungus, and chop the green onion.
-
Add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, pepper powder, ginger powder, and 4 grams of cooking oil to the meat filling. After stirring evenly, add green onions, diced green peppers and diced black fungus, mix well, then add sesame oil and mix well.
-
Take out the dough, knead it and divide it into 10 small pieces.
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a thick sheet in the middle and thin around the edges.
-
Add an appropriate amount of green pepper meat filling, wrap it up like a bun, and tighten the seal.
-
Use the palm of your hand to gently flatten the dough and make the other small doughs in sequence.
-
Heat the pan, add cooking oil, put the patties in and cook over medium heat.
-
When the bottom is golden brown, turn over and continue baking. Press the body of the pie lightly with your hands. If the pie pops up quickly, it proves that the pie is cooked.
