Wash the tenderloin and cut it into 5 cm long strips (I forgot to take a photo and replaced it with another photo)

Cut the onion and ginger into shreds, add salt, five-spice powder, white pepper, vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and egg white and mix well

Stir in one direction with chopsticks for a while, then marinate for half an hour

Pour the flour into a plate, coat the meat strips with dry flour and shake off the excess

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, put the chopsticks upright into the pot, when small bubbles appear around it, add the meat strips one by one, and fry over medium heat until both sides are golden

Remove with a slotted spoon to control oil

Place a layer of washed lettuce on the plate, pour the tenderloin into the plate, and dip in tomato sauce and salt and pepper according to personal preference
