It's the weekend again. The kids who have been tired for a week want to replenish their nutrition and make braised pork ribs.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger ready

Wash the spareribs

Boil the water in the pot for 5 minutes to remove the blood foam

After cooking for 5 minutes, remove the ribs and rinse with water.

Add the ribs to the wok again and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in the pot over low heat

Add sugar and stir-fry

Fry until the sugar turns brown and there are small bubbles

Immediately add the pork ribs and stir-fry quickly

Add onion, ginger, pepper powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, and bay leaves and continue to stir-fry

Add water, transfer to the pressure cooker, add salt and cover. Turn off the engine 15 minutes after taking the steam

Transfer to the wok again and remove the soup

Simmer for about 10 minutes until the soup is gone and the color comes up.
