Stir-fried cauliflower with tiger egg and meat slices
Overview
Organic cauliflower is the most fragrant and delicious when stir-fried with pork. In addition, I put a few tiger eggs in it, haha. Needless to say, it tastes even better~

Prepare the ingredients, break off the organic cauliflower into small florets, soak them in salt water and wash them

Use an egg cooker to cook the eggs

When the eggs are cool, peel them off and make a few cuts on the eggs to facilitate the flavor. Cut the other egg in half

When the pot is hot, pour in rapeseed oil, sauté onion, ginger and star anise seasoning, then serve

Add the eggs and turn on medium-low heat

When the surface is browned, take it out and fry the halved eggs

Wash the front leg meat, separate the fat and lean meat into long slices

Leave a little clean oil in the fat meat slices, then add the lean meat slices and stir-fry

After the color changes, pour in the cooking wine, dark soy sauce and sugar in order to make it all color

Add tiger skinned eggs and a little warm water

Simmer until the marinade gradually thickens. Add salt and stir-fry evenly. Dish out

Wash the pot, pour oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant, then add the organic cauliflower

Fry until soft and change color, then add salt

Pour in the cooked meat and stir-fry until flavourful
