Beef with pepper sauce
Overview
If you have time, store some beef in the refrigerator, freeze it, or refrigerate it. It’s very simple to make when you’re short on time. You can directly heat it and slice it for dipping, stir-fry it, or add sauce like I did today.

This is a piece of beef tendon meat. Keep it in the refrigerator. Take it out to warm it up in advance and steam it in a steamer.

Thinly slice large green peppers and green onions.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sesame seeds, and half a bowl of water to make a sauce.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the wok and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant.
