Overview

Some time ago, I tried making steamed pork ribs with glutinous rice and millet. After thinking about it, I used glutinous rice this time, which made it easier to steam. I like steaming vegetables, not frying, stir-frying or deep-frying, and it is easy to operate and healthy.

  1. Soak the glutinous rice overnight;

  3. Spread corn husks on the bottom of the bowl of steamed pork ribs;

  4. Mix pork ribs with glutinous rice;

  5. Put the mixed pork ribs and glutinous rice in a bowl lined with corn husks, boil water in a pot, and steam for about 20 minutes.
