Overview
I remember that I often saw advertisements for braised beef noodles for instant noodles, and they were so addictive that I couldn’t wait to buy a bag and come back to open them to see the beef! It’s just a small bag of stuff and it’s just a little bit dry, so people with bad eyesight probably can’t find it! In order not to be "cheated", I made up my mind to cook it myself after eating it...! Making braised beef with potatoes and carrots is delicious and nutritious! The beef is crispy, the potatoes are soft and delicious, and the aroma is fragrant. If you want to eat it, you have to make it yourself.

Prepare the ingredients

Blanch the beef

After blanching the beef, rinse it with water and cut it into small pieces

Peel potatoes and carrots

Then dice the potatoes and carrots

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, stir-fry the ginger slices, cinnamon bark, peppercorns, cloves, and star anise over low heat until fragrant.

Pour the beef into the pot and stir-fry

Add enough boiling water to the pot to cover the meat. Pour in the cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and a small piece of rock sugar, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat.

When there is still soup in the pot, pour the potatoes and carrots, add half a spoon of salt, a little pepper, top with a very fresh flavor, cover the pot and simmer again.

Turn the potatoes several times and reduce the heat to reduce the juice.
