Take an appropriate amount of pork liver, cut into thin slices and put into a bowl. Pour in 4/5 bottles of beer, mix well and soak for 10 minutes. Pork liver soaked in beer tastes tender and blood comes out easily. After 10 minutes, filter out the beer, rinse away the blood and put it into a bowl.

Add an appropriate amount of salt, white pepper and cornstarch into the bowl and mix well, then add an appropriate amount of oil and mix well to avoid sticking to the pot.

Take another bowl, add appropriate amount of hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, then add chicken essence, ground sesame oil, salad oil and remaining beer, stir into flavored water.
