Fish flavored tofu
Overview
My favorite fish-flavored dishes since I was a child are Shenma fish-flavored shredded pork, fish-flavored eggplant, and fish-flavored tofu. . A must-have when going to a restaurant~ I also learned fish-flavored dishes first~ Today I made fish-flavored tofu, which is said to be fish-flavored tofu. In fact, there is not much tofu, but a lot of side dishes. A small onion, a red pepper, a few mushrooms, and a few peppers in the refrigerator were all used~ So it can also be called a fish-flavored smorgasbord~ Haha This time the tofu was cut a bit too big. I was not strong enough and could not move the wok. Although I had boiled the tofu in salt water beforehand, I still shoveled it into pieces. . Alas! We can only make do with it. But the taste is still very good! Haha~ Although I’m not good at cooking, I’m still good at fish and coriander no matter what. . Well, if you don't do anything to make the bird laugh, let's serve the food first~
