Cut the bullfrog into pieces and marinate with salt, light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, and ginger for 1 hour. Then stir-fry in hot oil until slightly browned, set aside for later use.

Heat oil and sauté onions, black bean paste, chili sauce, and garlic until fragrant.

Add the bullfrog and stir-fry, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste.

Add the colored peppers and stir-fry. Do not cook for too long as the peppers will cook more easily.

Add green onions before serving to enhance the flavor.

Serve with parsley, thenserve.
