[Stir-fried Bean Curd with Spinach] A simple home-cooked vegetarian dish for banquets. The bean curd is paired with seasonal vegetables. The vegetarian dishes for banquets are always served on a disc, and sometimes even two portions are served! Beancurd stick is a soybean product, and its nutrition and taste are both good. My daughter especially likes to eat yuba, and I often stir-fry it with green vegetables for her to eat!

  1. Remove the leaves from the large spinach leaves and leave the roots, wash and pour water.

  4. Cut the yuba into sections and chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

  5. Pour oil into the wok and sauté the chopped onion, ginger and garlic.

  6. Add the yuba and stir-fry. If there is stock, pour some in it.

  7. Push the yuba aside or take it out of the pan, add the spinach stalks and stir-fry until cooked.

  8. Add light soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, and serve
