First process the tofu skin, which is a whole piece of tofu skin.

Cut the tofu skin into sections about 10 cm long.

Stack two to three tofu skin segments together and tie them into a knot.

Cut the red pepper into strips first and then cut it into diamond-shaped pieces, chop the coriander, cut the pork belly into strips not too thick, chop the green onion, cut the ginger into mince, flatten the garlic and chop it into pieces.

First blanch the tofu skin in water, remove and drain.

Turn on the heat, pour oil into the pot, add pork belly, and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry.
