Roasted Pork with Small Potatoes
Overview
Big potatoes can be seen all year round, but small potatoes are hard to come across. I accidentally discovered them while shopping for groceries today, and of course I won’t miss them. Potatoes are delicious no matter how they are cooked. Whether they are grilled plain or grilled with meat, they have a unique flavor. The potatoes I bought today are very small, you can almost take one bite. They go very well with braised meat. The meat is rich in flavor, fat but not greasy. The small potatoes are soft and fragrant, with a hint of sweetness. It is very satisfying to eat them in one bite.
