Mom’s stew
Overview
This dish uses pork belly and sweet potato vermicelli, which is a classic combination. The pork belly adds flavor, shredded kelp adds freshness, shredded tofu adds deliciousness to the soup, and sweet potato vermicelli slowly absorbs the aroma of various ingredients. Simple seasonings such as stock, salt, and MSG are added to the seasoning. The combination of several home-cooked ingredients reminds people of the stews at home when they were children. It is friendly, familiar, and delicious.
