Green onion-flavored tempeh frozen tofu
Overview
Frozen tofu is to put the tofu you usually eat in the freezer of the refrigerator, and it will become frozen tofu in one day. Since water has the highest density and smallest volume at 4°C, the volume of water in the tofu will expand after freezing into ice. As a result, holes will be made in ordinary tofu. After thawing, the water will flow away and the holes will remain. (^_^) Dishes made with frozen tofu are very delicious because they absorb the soup and are very fragrant.
