Have all ingredients ready for use.

After the ribs are washed, add all the seasonings, mix well and set aside to marinate. (I always process the food that needs to be marinated first, because the longer it takes, the more delicious it becomes, you know)

Wash the vegetables after soaking, rinse the sausage with warm water, and slice the mushrooms for later use.

Wash the rice and soak it in warm water for about 15 minutes. Pour out the water and drain it, then pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil. Stir evenly and let it sit for a few minutes. Then add boiling water a little higher than the rice (because the rice has been soaked and does not need too much water for cooking)

After the water boils, turn down the heat to low, and when the rice is cooked until bubbles appear, add the pork ribs, sausage, mushrooms, and cordyceps flowers (be careful to get burned by the pot)

After all the water in the pot has dried up, pour a circle of cooking oil around the edge of the pot, cover with the lid for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.

Arrange the seared vegetables, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and drizzle with appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
