Fish-flavored shredded pork
Overview
Today's fish-flavored shredded pork was leftover. The ready-made shredded pork was cut too finely and almost turned into minced meat. Next time I can't be lazy and have to cut it by hand. Fortunately, it tastes great. It's a very homely dish, but it's not easy to fry it well. Today I finally got the ideal taste.
