Make the dough first and let it rest for a while (I forgot to take pictures of this process). Wash and slice the beef

Add the minced meat to light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, a small amount of chicken essence, MSG, a small amount of sesame oil, a little cold water, and stir in one direction! Stir until it feels sticky and it’s ready😄

Boil water in a pot, (put the meatballs in when the water is 70% to 80% hot). After the water boils, use a small spoon to skim off the minced meat on the meatballs

After skimming off the blood, make the meatballs smaller and cook for a while, so that the soup will taste better

Use a dough press to press the rested dough into a smooth dough (use boiling water while pressing the dough)

Press the dough into thin sheets

Cut it into strips with a knife and squeeze it with your hands!

Cut the lasagna into small pieces with your hands and cook!

Take out the cooked noodles and pour them into the meatball soup. Add salt, chicken essence, MSG, dark soy sauce, white pepper and tomatoes and cook for a while
