Cumin mutton slices

When the weather gets cold, it’s time to eat mutton. A simple and quick stir-fry, paired with colored peppers, is not only beautiful but also delicious.

Fresh mutton slices should be cut along the grain of the meat. Wash repeatedly.

Add starch, five-spice powder, and a little salt water salad oil and spread evenly.

Slice red pepper and set aside.

A little more cumin powder. Stir in rosemary and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add the marinated meat slices and stir-fry until the color changes. Remove and set aside.

Leave oil at the bottom of the pot, add red pepper and quickly stir-fry and remove. Do not fry the red pepper for too long, otherwise the vitamin will be seriously lost.
