Hot and Sour Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
Sweet and sour pork ribs is one of my children's favorites. During this period, I was recovering from tooth extraction and stitches, so I haven't been able to eat anything good in the workplace cafeteria. So when I come back this weekend, I, as a mother, have to find a way to supplement it for him. I happened to have a big piece of ribs at home, so I used it to stew a pot of ribs soup that my son loved to drink. Then I took out the stewed ribs and cooked them with sweet and sour. Thinking that my teeth were not healed yet, I was worried that the frying would be too hard, so I fried them for a while. This way, eating two dishes in one is very suitable for his taste~~~
