Kabayaki saury
Overview
I found a kind of canned saury called Kabayaki saury in the supermarket over the weekend, and it made me greedy just looking at it. I happened to have two saury left at home, so I made it at home. Just looking at the color is very tempting.

Remove the internal organs from the saury and clean it.

Cut in the middle of the belly.

Divide it into three equal parts.

Spread flour evenly.

Place in pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Pour a little oil into the pot, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar.

Add saury.
