Cover the pot, wait for the water to boil for the second time, and add some water. 3. Leave the pot lid uncovered, wait for the third time when the water boils, and add some water. 4. Uncover the pot, wait for the water to boil, and you can see the dumplings floating on the water one by one. Turn off the heat, take out the dumplings and put them on a plate.
