Taro Chicken Noodles
Overview
Donburi noodles are just like rice bowls. The cooked dishes are covered on top of the noodles. The soup is rich and salty and delicious. The taro and chicken pieces are stewed together. The thickness is matched. It is rich in nutrients and is loved by the family. Taro chicken noodles: 150g dry noodles, 400g Lipu taro, half of grass chicken, 10g ginger, 50g onion, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, appropriate amount of garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 4 grams of refined salt, appropriate amount of cooking oil, appropriate amount of flour.

Chop chicken into pieces.

Prepare ginger, onions, garlic, and peppers.
