Wonton and Bamboo Shredded Chicken
Overview
Wontons are called wontons in the south. What’s the difference? I’m not entirely sure, but I know that wontons in the South seem to be made with duck eggs and noodles, and the dough is chewier and the fillings are richer and more delicious; Silky chicken, known as bamboo chicken in the South, has a much more elegant name, and the main way to eat it is to stew it in soup. Needless to say, everyone knows the nourishing effect of silky chicken. It’s just that if you eat too much, you will inevitably feel tired. Clean the black-bone chicken and cut into small pieces;
