Pineapple Fried Rice
Overview
Pineapple fried rice is made by cutting the skinned pineapple lengthwise, taking out the pineapple meat with a spoon, cutting it into small dices, and stir-frying it with rice, ham, eggs, fresh vegetables, etc. in a pan. The fried rice is served in pineapple shells. The rice is sweet, sour, delicious and nutritious, and is especially suitable for children.

Prepare materials.

Cut pineapple in half; use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.

Wash and dice carrots and cucumbers.

Dice the sausage.

Take an empty bowl, add a little salt and beat the eggs into egg liquid and set aside;

Add oil to the wok and fry the eggs until cooked, set aside.

Dice the pineapple meat and soak it in salt water for half an hour.
