Shredded Pork with Beijing Sauce
Overview
Shredded Pork in Beijing Sauce can be said to be a very homely Beijing-style dish. Usually restaurants usually serve it with scallions as the base. People in our family like cucumbers in this season. They are tender and crispy, with plenty of moisture and a fresh and fragrant taste. They are a very good side dish for dipping in sauce. Therefore, when I made Shredded Pork in Beijing Sauce, I cut shredded cucumbers and a small amount of green onions as the base. The shredded pork with strong sauce flavor accompanied by the crisp cucumber is another taste experience.
