Prepare ingredients, cut green onions into sections, peel and devein shrimps, cut crab sticks into two pieces.

Put flour, glutinous rice flour, water, and eggs into a large bowl.

Stir until uniform and no lumps.

Add a small amount of oil to the pot and heat over medium heat.

Pour half of the batter and top with scallions.

Arrange the crab sticks and shrimps on top and pour over the remaining half of the batter.
