-
Tear the small rice cakes open with your hands and cut the small peppers into two pieces.
-
Boil the squid tentacles in boiling water and take them out.
-
Heat the pot, add a little more oil and heat it to 60% temperature. Add the rice cake, squid tentacles and peppers and fry them. Take them out. This will crisp up the outer skin of the rice cake and remove the fishy smell of the squid tentacles.
-
Pour a little oil into the pot, add garlic and stir-fry, then add chili sauce, oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, sugar and a little water to make the sauce.
-
Stir-fry the fried rice cakes, squid tentacles and peppers, and sprinkle in a little cumin powder and cooked sesame seeds.
-
Heat the teppanyaki, place the onion slices on top, and pour the fried rice cake squid tentacles on the onion slices.
