Fried rice with golden and silver eggs

bowl of leftover rice. Cut 30 grams of green pepper, 35 grams of carrots, and 1 slice of ham into small pieces. Appropriate amount of chopped green onion

Beat an egg. You can also add it directly to the pot instead of a bowl and stir-fry it.

Heat the pan and cool the oil. You don’t need much, just about 10 grams of oil per tablespoon.

When the oil is hot, add the rice and stir-fry until the rice grains are slightly beating in the pan.

Pour in the egg mixture or crack in an egg directly.

Stir fry quickly until every grain of rice is coated with egg liquid.

Remove from the pan after the egg liquid has solidified.

Put another small spoonful of oil in the wok, about 7 or 8 grams. First add the chopped green onion and carrot cubes and stir-fry for a few times, then add the green pepper cubes and ham slices and stir-fry for a few times.

Then add the fried rice grains, add a little five-spice powder, a little salt, and 3 drops of soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly and remove from the pan.
