Add a small amount of yeast powder to mix the dough. The dough should not be too dry. Let the dough rest for more than 1 hour. The longer the dough is, the better;

Dilute tahini: sesame oil and salt

Sesame seeds + cumin powder + thirteen spice powder + salt

Roll the dough into a long strip, 1cm thick;
