Cook pork belly with skin until cooked through. When cooking, add green onions and ginger. Cut into pieces and set aside.

Dice carrots and blanch them in water. Set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, star anise leaves and white buttons and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add pork belly. Turn on medium heat and drain out excess oil.

Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add carrots.

Add dark soy sauce for color.

Add rock sugar and a little water, bring to a boil over high heat to reduce the juice

Add the garlic sprouts and chicken essence and stir-fry twice quickly and it is ready to serve.
