Turn the tofu box upside down on the chopping board and cut off the four corners.

Use scissors to cut off the top plastic.

Gently peel away the plastic on the four sides from the tofu.

Cover it with a plate.

Turn the tofu box and plate over, peel off the film on top, push the tofu out of the box, and cut into four pieces.

Wash the green onions and cut into sections.

Peel off the shell of preserved eggs and cut into four pieces.

Put the salt, sugar, oyster sauce and mature vinegar into a small bowl, add a little purified water and mix well to make a juice, drop in the sesame oil and mix well.
