Stir-fried wakame with yam!

Overview

I didn’t buy any vegetables. I only had a dried yam and some wakame that had been there for who knows how long. No matter what the dish is, it’s all a matter of putting it together.

  1. Peel and slice yam and soak in water. Wear gloves as much as possible during the peeling process to prevent yam mucus from causing allergies and itchy hands.

  2. Soak wakame in water.

  3. Wash the onion and pepper, cut into sections and slice.

  4. Add oil to the pot and sauté the chili peppers and green onions until fragrant.

  5. After sauteing, add yam slices and stir-fry.

  6. Then add the vegetables and continue to stir-fry.

  7. Add appropriate amount of dried shrimps.

  8. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and thirteen spices at a time, and continue to stir-fry.

  9. Continue to stir-fry for 1 minute and remove. Yams and wakame are both easy to cook! It doesn't take long. Haha, seafood flavored yam is out of the pot.
