Autumn is here, and appetite is great! Post autumn fat! 😂Feifei braised a pot of beef with white radish and braise, the combination of the two is perfect! Our family likes spicy food, so we added pickled ginger and pickled chili peppers. It’s super fragrant and goes very well with rice! 😄 Beef is one of the meat products. Per capita beef consumption in China is second only to pork. Beef is high in protein, low in fat and delicious. White radish belongs to gold, enters the lungs, has a sweet and pungent nature, and returns to the lung and spleen meridian. It has the effects of lowering qi, digesting food, removing diseases and moisturizing the lungs, detoxifying and promoting body fluids, and is a diuretic and laxative. Mainly used to treat lung weakness, lung heat, constipation, vomiting blood, bloating, stagnation of food, indigestion, excessive phlegm, difficulty in urination and defecation, etc.⋯

Soak the beef for half a day, changing the water several times in the middle (soaking the bleeding water) for at least 2 hours!

Simmer for about an hour and a half, then add the diced radish! Continue to simmer for about 20 minutes!
