  1. Wash the pork belly

  2. Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine

  3. After cooking, take it out and rinse it in cold water, then cut it into thin slices

  8. After frying the red oil, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to color, then add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
