  1. Shred green onions

  4. Light soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, salt, mix well in a bowl and set aside

  5. Wash the tenderloin and cut it into about 3mm thick slices, pat it loose with a knife, add ginger, cooking wine, a small amount of salt and marinate for a while
