Soak shiitake mushrooms, cloud fungus, and cordyceps flowers thoroughly, and cut cabbage, coriander, ginger, etc.

Heat a pan, sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while

Add appropriate amount of water and seasonings (except sesame oil and soy sauce) and cook the mushrooms over low heat for about 40 minutes

Add cloud fungus and cook for 15 minutes

Add in Cordyceps flowers and cook for about 10 minutes

When cooking Cordyceps flowers, blanch the choy sum in boiling water

Add sesame oil and soy sauce and mix well

Add cooked cabbage sum, stir for a while and turn off the heat

After serving, sprinkle with coriander segments
