Stir-fried mutton with cumin and green onion
Overview
If you find it troublesome to stew mutton, then try stir-frying it. From putting it in the pot to taking it out of the pot, it only takes 5 minutes, saving time and effort. The thin slices of mutton are marinated and stir-fried over high heat for a while. The texture becomes smooth and tender. Adding a little bit of my favorite cumin makes the taste even more fragrant and rich~~ It is not inferior to the stewed one~~~
