Finger sucking spicy shrimp
Overview
This spicy shrimp dish has been a best-seller in our family for many years. When my sister’s Sichuan restaurant opened, I taught this dish to my brother-in-law and it was very popular among diners. The finished dish is spicy and fragrant, and each shrimp inhales the fragrance of the seasoning. It is extremely refreshing to suck your fingers while eating and drink some cold beer or drinks. Summer is here. If you like to eat Sichuan food, you should also add a good dish to your dining table to go with wine.
