Fried crispy pork---an ordinary and home-cooked dish, crispy and refreshing, fat but not greasy. It is a favorite dish of both my husband and me, and is full of warm and beautiful memories for us. We met and fell in love in Chongqing, Sichuan by fate, where we spent a simple and happy college period. One was born in a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, and the other is an authentic Beijinger. Their eating habits are very different. Fried crispy pork is the first time we have a tacit understanding of a dish. With the material conditions and consumption levels of 20 years ago, for us college students, crispy pork was really delicious enough, and it became a must-have dish every time we ate together.   1. Clean the pork belly and peel it.

  8. Stir evenly until each strip of meat is covered with batter and marinate for 30 minutes.

  9. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil. Heat the oil until it is 70% hot, insert chopsticks and the oil will bubble.

  10. Add the marinated meat strips one by one and turn them with chopsticks to prevent the meat strips from sticking.

  11. Fry until the surface of the meat strips is golden, crispy and completely cooked, then remove the oil and remove.
