  1. Cut the duck legs into small pieces and marinate them with cooking wine, salt, onion and ginger overnight!

  2. Chop radish and coriander!

  3. Blanch the marinated duck legs in water once and take them out of the pot!

  4. Onion segments, ginger slices, star anise, fennel!

  5. Re-heat the pot, add duck legs, rock sugar, star anise, cumin, green onions, ginger slices, raw soy sauce, cooking wine, and a few drops of vinegar. The water should cover the duck legs! Simmer for about an hour!

  6. Take it out after cooking, cut it, and sprinkle some chopped carrots, coriander, and sesame seeds! This is a picture of the finished product!
