Steps

Cut the green onions, slice the ginger, slice the garlic, take dried chili segments, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, cumin, and butter for later use

Wash broccoli, oyster mushrooms, fungus, rapeseed, tofu, and noodles, and set aside cooked beef

Heat the oil in the pan, add the ingredients on the plate and stir-fry until fragrant

Add bean paste and stir-fry till red oil comes out

After frying the red oil, add boiling water and beef broth, adjust light soy sauce, salt (the broth contains salt, so add less), MSG, chicken essence, red pepper oil, thirteen spices, white pepper and a small amount of sugar!

Take a casserole, put the washed vegetables into the casserole, and put the sliced beef on top (try not to put the tofu and noodles on the bottom, be careful of sticking to the pot)

After putting the vegetables in the casserole, put it on the stove. Put the soup cooked in the wok into the casserole. Turn on high heat🔥. After the casserole boils, turn to low heat🔥. Cook for two minutes and the vegetables will be cooked! (Don’t fill the soup too full, be careful not to pour it into the pot)

After cooking, wear thick gloves, pick up the casserole and put it on a plate! (If you don’t put a plate on it, the table will be burned. Be careful when serving it.)
