This process is a bit tedious, so I’ll keep it simple. Beat the flour into eggs, add warm water and mix into flocculation. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rise for 30 minutes. Beef brisket can be cooked in advance. After buying the beef brisket, cut it into large pieces and blanch it in water. In the electric pressure cooker, add the spice bag, beef brisket, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, (a little bit of sugar and black pepper), add some water, cook until soft and then cut into small pieces for later use!
