Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients (I chopped the pork the night before).
-
Add salt, peanut oil, soy sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce and appropriate amount of water to the chopped meat and stir for 5 minutes.
-
Let the surface moisture of the leeks dry and chop finely.
-
Add to the meat, mix well and season appropriately.
-
Take a dumpling wrapper and add appropriate amount of fillings.
-
Sealed, but not sealed on both sides.
-
Wrapped pot stickers.
-
Heat oil in a pan, arrange the pot stickers one by one and start frying.
-
In a bowl, add an appropriate amount of plain flour and water to make a thick soup, then pour it into the pot when the bottom of the pot stickers is golden brown.
-
The flour and gravy should cover the bottom of the pot, and add sesame seeds (personally, I think adding sesame seeds at this time will prevent them from falling all over the place when eating).
-
Cover and simmer until the water dries up, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
-
After serving, pour some tomato sauce.
