Unforgettable taste of hometown------Tianjin pancake fruit
Overview
Pancakes and fruits have been my delicious breakfast since childhood. Now that I can’t go home all year round, the food I miss the most is Tianjin’s pancakes and fruits. I have tried many times, but there is either a problem here or something not done right there. I still have some frozen fruit at home. I tried it again today and finally made a satisfactory pancake fruit. I sent it out to introduce to everyone the authentic taste of my hometown.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Grind the mung beans into powder with a mixer, add flour and mix evenly, then pour in water and stir into a thin batter
-
Prepare the ingredients. Sauce tofu needs to be diluted with a small amount of warm water
-
Use kitchen paper to coat a non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil. When the pan is hot, pour a ladle of batter into it and cook over medium-high heat until the batter is about to solidify
-
Add a whole egg, use a bamboo dragonfly (if you don’t have one, just use a spatula, the bamboo dragonfly is a special tool for pancakes) to stir the eggs, and scrape the entire pancake surface clockwise or counterclockwise
-
Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chopped green onions before the eggs solidify. If they solidify, the chopped green onions and sesame seeds will not stick to them
-
When the egg liquid is basically solidified, turn it over and spread the soy tofu and noodle sauce on the back. Those who like spicy food can add hot sauce
-
Place the fruit on it and roll it up
