Chop the onions, ginger, pickled peppers into mince, mince the red bean paste into paste, chop the pork into mince, mix well with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and pepper and marinate for fifteen minutes

After cutting the soft tofu into pieces, boil the tofu and blanch it to remove the beany smell

Mix one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a tablespoon of water starch, and half a tablespoon of sugar to make a juice
