Houttuynia cordata mixed with green bamboo shoots
Overview
Houttuynia cordata is Mima's favorite. She often buys it from the vegetable market. She grows a small piece of it herself but is always reluctant to eat it. Later I discovered that the thing grew longer and longer the more I dug it, and digging out part of it in time would not affect the growth of the large area, so I started to dig up the small piece I had planted myself. Only Mi Mom in the Mi family loves this thing, and she can only enjoy it exclusively. In the past, it was mixed and eaten alone. This time, the leaves and roots were used and green bamboo shoots were added. It tasted good.
