Stir-fried vegetables
Overview
Stir-fried vegetables is to combine 3---5 kinds of ingredients and stir-fry them together. There are two key points in stir-fried vegetables. One is that they are mostly shredded, so bean sprouts and leeks are commonly found in stir-fried vegetables. The other is that stir-fried vegetables are mostly vegetarian. Of course, this is just a habit. If you like to add some shredded pork, that’s understandable.
