Overview
Zucchini egg pancake is an appetizing cold dish in local meals. Turks also like to pour some garlic yogurt (yogurt) on the egg pancakes when eating. This dish is rich in egg flavor and tender in texture. It is a Turkish dish that I fell in love with after one bite.

Peel and shred the zucchini, squeeze out the water, and put it into a mixing bowl. Dice the shallots, chop the cilantro and dill, and set aside.

Add eggs, diced green onions, cilantro, dill and flour to zucchini.

Add salt, pepper, paprika and baking powder to make a thick slurry.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan. After the oil is hot, use a spoon to put the thick paste into the oil pan and fry. Fry until browned on both sides and serve on a plate.
