Hangzhou pepper mutton
Overview
It was actually my first time to use Hangzhou pepper with mutton. I happened to have a good piece of mutton and a few Hangzhou pepper. In fact, stir-fried mutton in restaurants is sometimes served this way, but with less mutton and more side dishes. What you match is reality, and you can put in as much as you want. But to be honest, when cooking at home, it is better to cook in small portions because the heat is easier to control. Serve!
